Billy Schwartzenburg Sweeps Grisdale Enterprises PLM Features

MILLGROVE, Ontario --- A night full of competition at Flamboro Speedway turned into some familiar faces in victory lane, including a track veteran sweeping the night's action.
Billy Schwartzenburg led flag-to-flag to win the first Grisdale Enterprises Pro Late Model feature ahead of Tyler Di Venanzo, Kevin Albers, Kevin Gallant, Steve Arrand, and Steve Book.
Billy Schwartzenburg took the lead on Lap 5, pacing the rest of the laps to win the second feature in front of Tyler Di Venanzo, Kevin Albers, Kevin Gallant, Steve Arrand, and Steve Book.
TJ Marshall took the lead in the closing laps to win the first Grindstone Landscaping Canadian Vintage Modifieds feature sponsored by Flamboro Machine Shop. Ricky Willigar placed second ahead of Mike Podd, Daryl Henwood, and Jordan Ramsbottom. Scott Tonelli led the most laps, crossing the finish line in sixth in front of Ty Riopelle, Rodney Rutherford, Ian McIntyre, and Dave Evison Sr.
Samantha Trewolla was 11th, followed by Steve Murdoch, Heath Penny, Jae Pepin, Maddux Pepin, and Cam Thomson.
Rodney Rutherford led flag-to-flag to win the second feature ahead of Ty Riopelle, TJ Marshall, Mike Podd, and Daryl Henwood. Jordan Ramsbottom ran inside the top-five, fading late for sixth, in front of Ian McIntyre, Dave Evison Sr., Samantha Trewolla, and Heath Penny.
Steve Murdoch made his way into the top-10, fading late for 11th, followed by Scott Tonelli, Ricky Willigar, Jae Pepin, Maddux Pepin, and Cam Thomson.
Mike Thomson took the lead on Lap 2, leading the rest of the way en route to winning the Klotz Auto Repair Mini Stock feature ahead of Matt Young, Rodney Rutherford, Ryan Edwards-Kiss, and Blaise Shaw. Bobby Mercer led early, fading back for sixth, in front of Chris Pendlebury, Mark Grieve, Rory Markle, and Gary Triska.
Kris Lawrence's double duty led him to 11th in the first feature, followed by Mark Thorne, Spencer Riddell, and Alex Stewart.
Blaise Shaw made the most of his guest appearance with a dominating victory in the second feature ahead of Rodney Rutherford, Mike Thomson, Matt Young, and Ryan Edwards-Kiss. Bobby Mercer was sixth in front of Chris Pendlebury, Mark Grieve, Rory Markle, and Mark Thorne.
Gary Triska was 11th, followed by Spencer Riddell, Alex Stewart, and Kris Lawrence.
Spencer Riddell took the lead on Lap 8 to win the first Hogan Law & McClurkin Properties of Cambridge Pure Stock feature ahead of Chase Mitchell, John Cote, Gary Slama, and Chance Rogers. Hailey Hill continued her strong season with a sixth in front of Cam Thomson, Rick Mitchell, Mark Allan, and Brandyn Milligan.
Leo Labarbera battled inside the top-10 most of the event, fading back late for 11th, followed by Gary Triska, Rachel Mitchell, Mac Ingram, Reece Bourgeois, Kris Lawrence, Megan Mitchell, Caroline Kelly, and Teagan Ellis.
Kris Lawrence made his famous fence climb after dominating the second feature ahead of Brandyn Milligan, Mac Ingram, John Cote, and Gary Slama. Gary Triska ran inside the top-five throughout, falling back to sixth in the final laps, in front of Chase Mitchell, Reece Bourgeois, Leo Labarbera, and Rick Mitchell.
Hailey Hill made her way forward for 11th, followed by Spencer Riddell, Chance Roger,s Rachel Mitchell, Mark Allan, Teagan Ellis, Caroline Kelly, Megan Mitchell, and Cam Thomson.
Ken Mercer won the first heat for the BCW Lumber Southern Ontario Pro 4 Modifieds (SOMA) sponsored by Strodes BBQ ahead of Vic DeVries, Brad Maitland, Kelly Martin, Mike Baker, and John Held.
Bob Mercer won the second qualifier in front of Shannon Morris, Mark Lucas, Cliff Hodgkinson, Riley Mercer, and Brodie Gibson.
Bob Mercer led flag-to-flag to win the feature ahead of Mark Lucas, Cliff Hodgkinson, Shannon Morris, and Ken Mercer. Vic DeVries was sixth in front of Mike Baker, Kelly Martin, Brad Maitland, Riley Mercer, John Held, and Brodie Gibson.
This Saturday, July 26 features the T.Q. Can-Am Midgets highlighting the card which also includes the Pro Late Models, Mini Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Spectator Drags.
