SEE YOU AT THE RACES!

ree

MILLGROVE, Ontario --- While it may seem like the season is coming to a close slowly, there are still lots of big events for you to check out.

Have you ever seen 100 cars on a race track at the same time? Now out of those cars, how many do you think can complete the full distance of 250 laps? Ah yes, these are the types of questions that cause people to come out to Flamboro Speedway in October and check out the annual Halloween Enduro.

Scheduled for October 23 this year, it promises to be full of excitement as a field of drivers filled with mixed levels of experience and a variety of cars try to do battle, and most importantly survive, the chaos that ensues with Enduro style racing. If you have not been in attendance for one yet, this video by Ingrid Hartman from last year’s edition says it all - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kSIU3PuTXY .

Do you want to know the best part? There’s a whole bunch of money on the line, with a payout of $5,000 available to the winner, and it only costs $250.00 for each time to enter. We’re also getting in the spirit of Halloween, with a Best Appearing Halloween Theme Car bonus to give away in the value of $500.00. So make sure to get decorating with the best style that you have, and fans, the job is easy – cheer for your favourite.

To cap off the afternoon on October 23, there will be a demolition derby with $1,000 up for grabs to the winner.

The following weekend on October 30, the Wadded Up Monster Truck Tour will invade the facility to put on a show. You do not want to miss the excitement these trucks will put on with their donuts, high-flying antics and racing, including some of the best internationally known trucks with Bucking Bronco, Wadded Up, Xtreme Jim and more in action. There will also be some high flying back-flipping action going on, courtesy of the FMX Moto-Cross squad.

The show gets under way at 12:30pm, with a pre-show party in the pits that will allow you to meet the drivers and get up close and personal with the trucks. Check out their video at https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=854152601928408  for more information.

Just a reminder, October 2nd and 3rd is our the year-end Frostorberfest weekend special.
